Data collected and purposes

We only collect the information you submit through our forms:

• Newsletter: email address, so we can send you our news.
• Volunteering: first name, last name, email, phone, address, so we can process your application.
• Partnership: organisation name, contact person, email, phone, address, social media, so we can reply to your request.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to your requests.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to process your request, and for no more than one year after our last contact with you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Recipients and processors

Your data can only be accessed by the association members responsible for handling it. Form submissions are received through Netlify, our hosting platform. We never sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its use. To exercise these rights, email us at communication@ekimelo.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
